User delegation

Delegation is used to transfer role rights and accesses for specific time - valid from, valid to. Field Note is designated to description of reason of delegation.

Individual delegations are sorted by its date and time of creation. Author of delegation is displayed for every record on the grid.

  • green (style success) - currently active
  • grey (style disabled) - not active or expired (to date < today’s date)
  • yellow (style warning) - delegations that will be active in the future

In words:
Extended allows to create Requests, not only visibility and send requests into Workflow,
Chaining allows chaining of delegations (for example: A delegates to B and B delegates to C, then C get delegation from A).
