On an object level in the a tab called object visibility is possible to change the settings for object and line even more specifically than through Templates. This Tab deals with a User Access according to his Role and it is managed differently from Templates and with a higher priority.
Grid with object visibility record in this table can be created by user. Records in all tables mentioned below are created by triggers.
Object visibility will have two tiles:
- Access - where I can define on line / sub-line level if line / sub-line is visible (similar like we have on template)
- User list - where I can define assignment to user - similar we have on template
On user access level are extended Access Details.
Consists chart to allow the definition of visibility (with a separate tab where one can setup visibility for each object visibility).
