User access serves the purpose of assigning various required Roles to particular User. As admin you need to select the appropriate/ correct Role to be assigned as well as define the level of access for the particular user with the assigned role.

1. **Username:** This field is automatically populated with the name of particular user for whom the User Access is created
2. **Role:** Select a role (existing in the system) for the particular user. Tip (save time): as Users are many times assigned to several roles, admins may select multiple roles at a time a save them instead of processing each role separately. Note that in case of selecting multiple roles, the level of user access needs to be the same.
3. **Level:** Define the level of user access. Select options:

**Global** - this level of user access contains all objects for selected type of user access.
**Company** - this level of user access is restricted to a particular Company.
**Object type** - this level of user access is restricted to a particular Object type.
**Object** - this level of user access is restricted to a particular Object. Tip: use this set up whenever possible as this one ensures the most precise user access management and avoids issues and incidents with unauthorised access of users.)

- **Company:** Select company ID (existing in the system) from the list.
- **Object type:** Select Object type ID (existing in the system) from the list. This field will only be accessible when Object type is selected in the Level field.
- **Object:** Select Object ID (existing in the system) from the list. This field will only be accessible when Object is selected in the Level field.
